Michelle Korchinski-Ogden is Chief Executive Officer of PWX Solutions. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading marketing, audience development, and subscription-driven growth across digital, streaming, and print media businesses.
Before joining PWX Solutions, Michelle served as Chief Marketing Officer at Trusted Media Brands, where she led consumer marketing and audience growth across multiple platforms. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at CaaStle and Time Inc., overseeing consumer marketing, pricing strategy, and subscription businesses. She began her career in finance and operations roles at Ziff Davis and Random House.
As CEO, Michelle leads the organization with a focus on disciplined execution, client outcomes, and building long-term value across the business.
Ladell Fuqua is Senior Vice President of PWX Solutions, where he oversees operational performance, business execution, and cross-organizational delivery in support of the company’s growth strategy and client commitments.
Ladell brings more than 30 years of experience in media and marketing, with leadership roles at Condé Nast, TheStreet.com, and AOL. Prior to his current role, he led Client Success and Digital Solutions at PWX Solutions, with responsibility for service delivery and execution across the business.
Known for connecting strategy with execution, Ladell focuses on operational rigor, scalable processes, and building strong teams to deliver consistent results for clients and the company.

Senior Vice President

SVP, Consumer Marketing
Madeline Krakowsky leads the team of Consumer Marketing Directors, bringing expertise in audience development and direct marketing. Before joining PWX, she served as Vice President, Circulation at Prometheus Global Media, overseeing print and digital audience strategy for The Hollywood Reporter, Billboard, and Adweek. Her career spans leadership roles at top media organizations including AOL Time Warner, CMP Media, The New York Times Company, and Thomson Financial Information. Madeline brings a proven track record in direct marketing, circulation growth, and strategic partnerships across both traditional and digital platforms.
As VP and GM of PWX Solutions, Dave is responsible for paper procurement and sustainability. Prior to joining Hearst in 2004, he held various sales and executive positions with Abitibi Consolidated and predecessor companies where he worked for 27 years.

VP, Production
Karen leads several of the production services teams including Operations Management, Imaging/Premedia and Publishing Technology. She has 35 years of experience and has worked in all areas of magazine production. Karen is focused on streamlining workflow, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology. Prior to the formation of PubWorX, Karen worked at Avenue Magazine, Bill Communications and Hearst Magazines.
Amanda Ventura heads our Human Resources function. She brings a decade of experience to her role where she leads strategic HR initiatives focused on engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Amanda brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every facet of her work. Since stepping into her leadership role at PWX she has partnered closely with the executive team to shape HR policy, drive employee engagement, and strengthen company culture.
